How is my design created?

We create you a 100% unique and fully customized design for your esports team or organization, from our team industry experienced professionals.

 Will I receive a preview design (mock up)?

Yes, mockups will be sent as soon as they are created. Initial designs will be provided for you to review.

Note: Please make sure all logos and images are high resolution, to ensure quality design and print (scalable .svg or .ai files). If poor quality images are provided your order can be cancelled or delayed.

In the case that an image doesn't meet quality standard we will contact you immediately and request a better one.

All of our custom items are made-to-order and hand-inspected for quality. Our prices reflect our mission of providing only the highest quality esports products. 

When can I expect to see my design?

Design request will be completed in 3-5 business days or less. If you select the “Rush Order” option, you will get the design in 1-2 days or less.

Tracking information will be sent when your order is shipped.

How long will it take to get my item?

You can receive your custom item in 7-14 days or less from the time your design is approved.

Can I reorder the same design?

Yes and reorders get a discounted price. If you order more than 10 you qualify for wholesale pricing and we will automatically apply the new pricing. Only the Player Names & Numbers can be changed.
